Dr. Gregory Ritchey was born and raised in Mentor, Ohio. He was inspired to become a Podiatrist by shadowing various providers in the Northeast Ohio region. He attended Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, graduating in 2016 with a degree in Biochemistry. His Podiatric medical school training was completed at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in 2021. He completed his surgical residency training at Yale New Haven Health in New Haven, Connecticut in July 2024.His training had a focus on reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery, treating a wide range of foot and ankle pathologies. This involved inpatient and outpatient settings with a large component of diabetic foot care and limb salvage, which he is passionate about.
Dr. Ritchey is Board Qualified by The American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is excited to work in Lancaster and treat the Central Columbus region. He is determined to provide excellent care to the area and to become an integrated part of their community.
Dr. Ritchey lives in the Columbus area with his wife, Ali, and their dog, Rigby. He enjoys going on runs, attending concerts, and spending time with family. He is a lifelong Ohio State supporter and is excited to cheer them on each season.
